You’re invited to join your fellow Yogi’s & Qi friends at the blessed Asha Centre neighbouring the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. This retreat is a restorative space for deeper exploration of yourself and practice within a homely, comfortable, and nurtured container. With additional services provided, you have the opportunity to experience healing and transformation in mind, body and spirit.

Meals are prepared by experienced house-keeping staff using locally sourced or seasonal produce from the Asha Centre’s garden. Meals are tailored to suit dietary requirements and full catering and refreshments are available throughout your stay.

The Asha Centre’s sacred circle provides space to be held for The Fire Ceremony. The divine spark and transformational energy of the elements dissolve blockages and opens the door to manifesting deeper alignment to your life purpose.

The Earth Ceremony is an invitation to undergo the Labyrinth, a symbolic walk which embodies your commitment to a particular intention. If you seek an opportunity to let go of the old or to alter your current direction in life, this ceremony informs your higher self you are ready for great change and trust the process of its unfoldment (1 to 1 booking).

The Smudge Ceremony is offered at the end of the retreat to cleanse your aura, to gain spiritual protection and blessings and to improve spiritual health.

You will have access to Yoga sessions which are tailored to the season and community present. Through intentional breathing, meditation, and movement you will experience the dissolving of stress and have fun doing so.

Qigong meditation and movement practice brings balance to the Yin Yang chi energy within you. When your energy begins to flow both the connection within yourself and to the stunning surroundings of Asha will induce a lasting mental and emotional calmness.

Through the simple, safe, and natural healing of Reiki, you can experience the positive flow of energy to feel energised, relieve tension and stress, improve sleep and find balance within yourself. Reiki is offered at the Eco Lodge, for privacy and connection to the Earth energies present at Asha (1 to 1 booking).

This is the full package. Mitchell is a dedicated, progressive and passionate yoga teacher. The venue is THE remedy for the hustle and bustle of modern life. The only noise comes from the streams around the gardens and the views emanate from the Forest of Dean’s tall pine trees. I can’t think of a better way to spend the weekend.

I’d just like to say a massive thank you. This weekend was absolutely brilliant, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The different styles of yoga and meditation over the weekend were balanced out just right. The private lesson was very informative, I loved the venue and the surrounding woodland was perfect for afternoon walks. I’ll most definitely be joining on another retreat.
